Make every second count

Emptiness means: “No obscurations” or “nothing in the way of seeing” that all phenomena are interdependent in nature.
Example: If the sky is “empty” of clouds than there is nothing in the way of seeing the sun.
Emptying the mind means: Letting thoughts come and go without attaching to them. Or: Not giving thoughts the time to construct any ideas before letting them go. Or: Examining the interdependent nature of phenomena, thus realizing their emptiness. Or: realizing that the mind is interdependent with all minds and empty of a “self” that can think without affecting others or “causing” any effects. (All causes have effects and all effects have causes) and therefore are interdependent, (depending on each other) (and) result in a continuous stream of change.
My life is only meaningful one day, one hour, one minute, at a time. Make each minute meaningful. Make every second count.
