When did I get old?

When did I get old? I know I’m not really old, am I? I’m middle aged, that’s what our culture calls it. I’m not sure if that’s good or not. Some people are over 100 years old. Just what does old mean anyway?
Google it and you’ll get this:
old

I’m not thinking Google helps much. I’m probably thinking too much, again! You’re as old as you feel, or so I’ve heard. I don’t feel old. I don’t quite feel young anymore either. I’m not complaining, I just like to write and think. In fact, sometimes I think that I can only think when I write. Anyone who talks to me on a regular basis probably could attest to that.

I’m not saying I write very well either. I’m just saying that I like to write and I think I’ve improved my writing since high school at any rate. I’m probably up to at least 9th grade level by now. That’s what they say the level is for all those gun magazines I read.

If you are reading this you probably have about as much to do ‘or at least want as much to do’ as I do right now.
I’m probably not in danger of too many young people sitting still long enough to read this, I’m sure I wouldn’t have.

I think I’ve rested enough. I’m going to walk my dog.
So I stay young longer. 🙂
