Which is the bigger crime?

Which is the bigger crime; using illegal drugs or selling illegal drugs?
Which is the bigger crime; an illegal alien worker or an illegal alien employer?
Should it be illegal to sell a $400 chainsaw for $2000 after a hurricane?
Should it be illegal to offer credit to ignorant people at 29% interest?
Whether ignorant or illegal, I believe it at least immoral to take unreasonable advantage of people even in their own ignorance.
I guess you could be like Mr. Potter on “It’s a wonderful life” and say they are the “suckers”, or like WC Fields said, “There’s a sucker born every minute”.
Unreasonable? That’s up to you and the lawyers I guess. Illegal is illegal, though crime is supposedly judged by degree.
