Problems
A problem in and of itself is not a bad thing.
What makes a problem bad is when anxiety tells us there is no solution.
So it is like, me (the one with the problem) telling me (the one with anxiety) that I (me again) have no solution.
Nobody wants a problem but to get to a solution you first must have a problem.
A problem is just a solution waiting to happen.
But what about problems that come from outside of us?
For a problem to come from outside it first must be perceived inside us as a problem.
I’m not saying that nobody has any problems, what I’m saying is the process from problem through anxiety to solution is normal and necessary albeit in varying amounts of each.
Or as popular culture would say: Don’t worry. Be happy!
